Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand, advertising, and communication strategies that align with our clients' objectives, utilising our deep-rooted strategic insight and innovative design solutions in digital and media.
Manage the entire lifecycle of digital projects across platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and Google Web Designer, ensuring high standards from initiation to completion.
Design and oversee the production of digital display banners using advanced tools like Google Dynamic Creative Optimisation and Google Web Designer, focusing on maximising impact and engagement.
Produce and manage high-quality digital assets using Figma, Adobe Suite, and Google Web Designer, with attention to detail and proofing.
Autonomously manage client communications, briefs, and internal processes, ensuring smooth and efficient project progress.
Present strategic recommendations and progress reports, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and well-informed.
Use Google Sheets and Google Apps Script effectively for project management, website tool production, and operational optimisations.
Integrate and inspire a small team, fostering an environment that values creativity, collaboration, and outstanding results. Ready to jump in at any project stage, even beyond traditional duties.
Support and meaningfully contribute to the efforts of our team and clients in the development of communication strategies, brand strategies, messaging, tone of voice, and respective applications in digital.
Embody a process-driven yet dynamic approach to problem-solving, adapting to new challenges with innovative solutions.
Requirements:
At least 5 years' experience in collaborative agency roles within the realms of brand communications, digital project management and strategic communications.
Advanced proficiency in digital asset creation tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and Google Web Designer, with extensive experience managing content across various CMS platforms.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability in handling digital challenges.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and at times lead a team in a dynamic studio environment.
Passionate, motivated, and committed to delivering brand experiences that resonate and last.
Experience in Consumer Tech, eCommerce, Financial Services, FMCG, and start-ups would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and challenges to ensure that Nectar & Co provides tailored and effective brand solutions.
Strategic Planning and Execution: Lead the strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
Team Leadership and Collaboration: Direct and collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft innovative brand strategies that meet business goals. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members to ensure project success.
Revenue Growth and Retention: Identify opportunities for account growth and retention strategies. Oversee the negotiation and closure of proposals with clients to achieve assigned financial targets.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse account performance, providing clients with regular project updates and insights.
Problem Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, resolving issues effectively and maintaining trust.
Industry Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a strategic account management or related role within a strategy, design, or digital agency.
Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically to drive innovative brand communications strategies.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and support a young creative team towards achieving excellence and fostering professional growth.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and initiate appropriate actions to mitigate risk.
