Plaza Premium Lounge, a leading global provider of airport lounge services, faced the challenge of differentiating their brand in an increasingly competitive market. With numerous lounge options available, they needed a unique and compelling narrative and experience to attract and retain premium travellers.
Developing a comprehensive strategy aimed at elevating the Plaza Premium Lounge experience, our approach focused on three core areas: brand refresh, digital enhancements, and engaging content creation.
Carrying out a brand audit to identify strengths and areas for improvement, we developed a refreshed communications strategy, a visual language that emphasised comfort, convenience, and accessibility, and introduced a new hero tag line: ‘Your Destination before Departure’.
